Processing Time

All Vigilant Threads orders are printed to order in our Lancaster, CA shop. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Some pieces are printed by our workforce program trainees as part of their hands-on screen printing class. This means orders may occasionally take slightly longer — but every shirt you receive is a real product of a real training session. We think that's worth a couple extra days.

Shipping Options

We ship via USPS and UPS to all 50 U.S. states.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

International shipping is currently unavailable. We're working on it.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Most orders include a personal note from our team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at chris@vigilantvision.org within 14 days of the shipping date. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice. No hoops.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us immediately at chris@vigilantvision.org. We can change it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Email us first to start a return — we'll send instructions and a return label.

Custom orders (group orders for churches, schools, teams) are non-refundable but we'll work with you on any quality issues.

Why we keep returns simple

We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every dollar matters — for you and for our programs. We'd rather solve a real problem with a real solution than hide behind a policy. Email us. We'll figure it out.
