Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Everything is printed to order in our Lancaster, CA shop. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days, then take 2–5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping option you choose.
Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn't available yet.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email chris@vigilantvision.org as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as your order hasn't been printed or shipped.
Sizing & Care
How do your pieces fit?
Our tees are unisex fit, sizes S through 3XL. Order your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.
Where is the design printed?
The Bigger Purpose Tee has the Vigilant Threads logo on the left chest and the full graphic on the back.
How should I wash my order?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Email us first and we'll send instructions and a return label. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
The Mission
Where does the money go?
Vigilant Threads is the merchandise arm of Vigilant Vision, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. 100% of profits fund free workforce development programs in the Antelope Valley: screen printing training, AI and digital skills, financial literacy, mentorship, and youth programs.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
Apparel purchases generally are not, because you receive a product in return. Direct donations to Vigilant Vision are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You can donate at vigilantvision.org.
Who prints the apparel?
Our team, alongside trainees in our workforce program, in the same shop where we teach.
Custom & Group Orders
Do you do custom printing for teams, churches, schools, or businesses?
Yes. Custom and bulk orders are handled through our main shop. Call 661-400-2393, email chris@vigilantvision.org, or visit vigilantvision.org to get a quote.
